Awestruck Tech ("we", "us", "our") developed Tamil Vanoli: Tamil FM Radio ("the App") as a free, ad-supported live radio streaming app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
The App does not require account registration. If you mark stations as favorites, that data is stored locally on your device.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and crash/diagnostic logs, used to keep the App stable.
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) — used by our ad partner to serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used only for regional ad relevance, not for precise tracking.
- Listening activity — stations you search for, favorite, or play, used to power core features such as "now playing" info and favorites.
2. Radio Streams & Third-Party Broadcasters
The App streams live audio from independently operated Tamil FM stations located in India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, Canada, and elsewhere, by connecting directly to each station's publicly available streaming server. We do not host or record this audio, and each broadcaster's own privacy practices apply to the stream itself; we are not responsible for their data practices.
3. Advertising
The App displays ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use the advertising identifier and other technical data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID from your device's Settings → Google → Ads menu. For more information, see Google's Advertising Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data processed by the App, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
