Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all Android apps published by Awestruck Tech ("we", "us", "our"), including Awestruck Podcast Player, Malayalam Radio FM Songs, Hindi Radio FM Songs, Tamil Vanoli: Tamil FM Radio, Australia FM Radio, and FinBud (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Apps
Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable Google Play policies, and any laws that apply to you.
2. Third-Party Content
Our radio apps stream live audio from independently operated FM broadcasters, and our podcast app surfaces content from third-party podcast directories and creators. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for this third-party content, and its availability may change or be interrupted at any time without notice.
3. FinBud — Financial Data Disclaimer
FinBud is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool that works entirely offline and does not connect to bank accounts, sync to any server, or provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. All data you enter is stored only on your device — we never receive a copy of it and cannot recover it if you uninstall the App, clear its storage, or lose your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and for the accuracy of the data you enter and any decisions made based on it.
4. Accounts
None of our Apps currently require account creation or sign-in. If a future version of an App offers optional sign-in, you would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Apps, including their design, code, and branding, are owned by Awestruck Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content streamed or displayed from third parties (radio stations, podcasts) remains the property of its respective owners.
6. Advertising
Some of our free Apps (currently our podcast player and radio apps) display ads served through Google AdMob to support ongoing development and maintenance. FinBud does not display ads. See our Privacy Policies for details on how advertising data is handled per app.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Apps.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awestruck Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any App.
9. Changes to the Apps or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
